Job Description
A Senior Solutions Consultant at Pano AI is responsible for designing and presenting tailored technical solutions to prospects and customers in the utilities and energy sector, helping them understand and leverage the company's AI-driven wildfire detection platform to enhance fire response and mitigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, present, and deliver tailored solutions to prospects and customers in the utilities and energy sector.
- Translate technical capabilities of Pano's platform into strategic value for clients.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to support the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of Pano's AI-driven wildfire detection platform.
- Assist in the implementation of solutions to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or technical presales, with a proven ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic value and demonstrate the power of a platform.
- Ability to collaborate closely with Account Executives, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to design, present, and deliver tailored solutions to current and prospective customers.
- Experience supporting the sales cycle through to successful implementation of solutions.
- Driven, hands-on professional with a passion for applying technology to solve urgent climate-related challenges.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
