Job Description
The Manager of Technical Program Management at Pano AI will lead cross-functional teams to execute and scale wildfire detection programs from concept to launch, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

- Proven track record of establishing and iterating on processes to improve team alignment and accountability.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate crisply across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in ambiguity and thriving in a rapidly evolving startup setting.
- Demonstrated ability to think big, plan rigorously, and deliver results at startup velocity.
