Job Description
The Manager of Technical Program Management at Pano AI will lead cross-functional teams to execute and scale wildfire detection programs from concept to launch, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program execution across engineering, product, and operations
- Drive programs from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery
- Establish and iterate on processes to improve efficiency and alignment
- Help teams stay aligned and accountable across competing priorities
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Scale programs with a focus on balancing speed and quality
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements
- Experience leading cross-functional program execution across engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Proven ability to scale programs with precision, balancing speed and quality from concept to launch.
- Ability to establish and iterate on processes to improve program delivery and team alignment.
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-moving and rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in a hands-on role, thriving in ambiguity and driving results.
- Deep understanding of program management principles and practices to help teams stay aligned and accountable across competing priorities.
