Job Description
The Director of Information Technology and Security is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and scaling the company's internal IT infrastructure, security, and compliance systems to support secure, efficient, and scalable global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the company's internal IT and security functions.
- Oversee the development and management of core infrastructure systems.
- Ensure the protection and security of Pano AI's information assets.
- Manage IT operations and Security GRC teams to build secure, compliant systems.
- Build and develop high-performance IT and IS teams.
- Mature and optimize systems and tooling to support company growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for scalable and secure global expansion.
Requirements
- Experience serving as the senior-most technology and security leader within a company or organization.
- Proven ability to lead and scale internal technology functions, including building high-performance IT and Information Security (IS) teams.
- Experience managing and maturing core infrastructure and systems to support scalable, secure growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead IT operations and Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams to build and scale secure, compliant systems.
- Strong understanding of building and maintaining secure, compliant systems that enable efficient work for employees while maintaining high security and trust for utility and government customers.
- Experience in developing and implementing forward-thinking technology and security strategies.
- Ability to build and lead high-performance teams in a fast-growing environment.
- Experience in maturing systems and tooling to support organizational growth.
- Experience in enabling scalable and secure growth as the organization expands globally.
