Job Description
The Director of Information Technology and Security is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and scaling the company's internal IT infrastructure, security, and compliance systems to support secure, efficient, and scalable growth in a fast-paced wildfire detection startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale internal IT operations and security teams.
- Build and maintain secure, compliant infrastructure and systems.
- Protect Pano AI's information assets and ensure high security standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for scalable and secure growth.
- Build high-performance IT and IS teams and mature systems and tooling.
Requirements
- Experience serving as the senior-most technology and security leader within an organization, with responsibility for both core infrastructure and the protection of information assets.
- Proven ability to lead and scale internal IT operations and Security GRC teams to build and maintain secure, compliant systems.
- Demonstrated experience in building high-performance IT and Information Security (IS) teams.
- Experience in maturing systems and tooling to support organizational growth.
- Ability to enable scalable and secure growth as the organization expands globally.
- Strong understanding of operational rigor combined with forward-thinking strategic planning in technology and security.
