Job Description

The role involves leading end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for Philippines-based roles, including sourcing, screening, and hiring, while also supporting HR functions and fostering a positive local team culture within a clean tech company focused on renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Philippines-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and set hiring timelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and recommend qualified candidates for review.
  • Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support local compliance, documentation, and onboarding processes during hiring.
  • Create and execute referral campaigns and internal communications to engage employees in recruitment.
  • Lead localized recruiting and marketing strategies to attract top talent in the Philippines.
  • Leverage ATS and other tools to maintain accurate candidate data and provide recruiting updates.
  • Support employer branding efforts through localized content and engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as the local People Culture liaison, addressing HR inquiries and supporting employee relations.
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
  • Organize engagement activities and events to foster team connection and community.

Requirements

  • Manage end to end recruitment for Philippines based roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set hiring timelines, and develop sourcing strategies tailored to each function.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and recommend qualified candidates for hiring manager review.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring an efficient and positive experience.
  • Support local compliance and documentation requirements during hiring.
  • Create and execute referral campaigns and internal communications to drive employee participation and engagement.
  • Serve as the internal expert on the Philippine talent market and lead localized recruiting and recruitment marketing strategies to attract and engage top talent.
  • Leverage Greenhouse and other tools to maintain accurate candidate data and ensure timely updates.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring metrics.
  • Help optimize recruiting processes for efficiency and consistency across regions.
  • Support employer branding efforts in the Philippines through localized content and engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as the local People Culture liaison for Philippines based teammates, addressing day to day HR and policy inquiries and escalating complex matters to the U.S. People Culture team as needed.
  • Coordinate with HRBP and Remote.com to track probationary periods, ensuring timely reviews, documentation, and conversion or separation processes.
  • Support initial employee relations inquiries such as attendance, performance, or conduct issues, gathering information and collaborating with U.S. HRBP and Remote.com for resolution.
  • Partner with the U.S. People Operations team on new hire onboarding, offboarding, and local engagement initiatives such as surveys, stay interviews, and culture events.
  • Support rollout of global People programs locally, ensuring alignment with EOR policies and labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and compliance contacts at Remote.com to ensure smooth monthly operations and teammate communication.
  • Organize and coordinate engagement initiatives including celebrations, recognition programs, virtual events, and other team-building activities.
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting U.S. based or global teams.
  • Possess at least 1 year of human resources or talent engagement experience preferred.
  • Have experience recruiting for a mix of professional, administrative, and technical roles.
  • Have strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Have working knowledge of Greenhouse or a similar ATS.
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with U.S. and Philippines based leaders.
  • Be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Be passionate about creating a strong candidate experience and contributing to a collaborative, high impact talent team.
