Job Description
The role involves leading end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for Philippines-based roles, including sourcing, screening, and hiring, while also supporting local HR functions and fostering a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Philippines-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and set hiring timelines.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and recommend qualified candidates.
- Maintain candidate communication to ensure a positive experience.
- Support local compliance, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Create and execute referral campaigns and internal communications to attract talent.
- Lead localized recruiting and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent in the Philippines.
- Leverage ATS and other tools to manage candidate data and track recruiting metrics.
- Serve as the local People Culture liaison, addressing HR inquiries and supporting employee relations.
- Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and engagement activities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting U.S. based or global teams.
- Experience recruiting for a mix of professional, administrative, and technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Working knowledge of Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to partner effectively with U.S. and Philippines based leaders.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Passion for creating a strong candidate experience and contributing to a collaborative, high impact talent team.
