Job Description
The Relationship Specialist manages support and transaction processes for Palmetto's financial products, collaborates with partners and regional managers, and works to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and process financial product transactions for EPC partners via email, chat, and portal management
- Manage queues within the financial portal to ensure smooth transactions and resolve blockers
- Provide coaching and training to EPC sales representatives on transactions
- Collaborate with regional Relationship Managers to understand partner needs and implement regional strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with EPC partners and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve product and partner experience based on partner interactions
- Assist in evaluating and improving internal processes to support service expansion
Requirements
- Three years of experience in a Product Operations, Customer Service, or Account Management Support role preferred
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills that improve collaboration and drive mutual success
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment where priorities may change quickly
- Strong problem solving abilities, with the ability to analyze data, spot trends, and develop creative solutions to challenges
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Intercom, chat support systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
