Job Description
The Quality Program Specialist supports the execution and improvement of project review processes for residential solar installations, ensuring compliance, training team members, and enhancing partner experience through data analysis and process refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and efficiency of the internal milestone review process for solar projects.
- Research, analyze, and communicate technical, process, and policy aspects of project reviews.
- Assist in creating and maintaining training materials and SOPs for the Quality Control team.
- Manage partner feedback platforms and ensure timely resolution of project rejections.
- Identify system blockers, bugs, or enhancements to improve platform efficiency.
- Maintain and expand the EPC knowledge base with standards and best practices.
- Perform desktop quality control reviews of project milestones to ensure compliance.
- Support project reviews during high volume periods to meet throughput targets.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in a technical or construction-based solar role.
- One year of experience in a role involving training, quality control, or partner support.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret construction plans and electrical line diagrams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Ability to perform desktop quality control reviews of project milestones submitted by installers to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% to partner locations and job sites.
- Employment contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
