The Operations Specialist I supports the underwriting and technical document processing for Palmetto's financial products, provides installer support, and ensures smooth transaction workflows within a remote, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage underwriting and technical document processing for Palmetto's financial products
Provide installer support via intercom to facilitate financial product transactions
Monitor and review designated queues for document approval or rejection
Communicate with colleagues on administrative tasks and compliance dispositions
Respond to inbound chat inquiries promptly and accurately
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role.
Knowledge of the construction or solar industry is preferred.
Ability to support frontline sales representatives and team members to successfully transact on the Palmetto financial product platform.
High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate stressful situations in a tactful manner and accept feedback gracefully.
Excellent conversational English writing skills.
Proficiency in web-browser hotkeys shortcuts.
High typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
