Job Description
The EnergySage Quote Specialist is responsible for generating high-quality solar quotes and proposals, facilitating smooth customer transitions, and supporting revenue growth through the EnergySage platform, while ensuring excellent customer service and collaboration with sales teams.
Responsibilities
- •Create high-quality solar quotes and proposals to generate revenue
- •Facilitate seamless transition of customer conversations to inside sales advisors
- •Drive revenue growth using the EnergySage platform and custom design proposals
- •Respond efficiently to customer engagements in accordance with SOPs
- •Collaborate with advisors to ensure smooth customer experience
- •Identify leads eligible for quick quotes versus custom designs within the EnergySage platform
- •Maintain proficiency in Salesforce and Palmetto's design tools for lead management and proposal creation
- •Log customer feedback and engagement notes accurately in Salesforce
- •Monitor and update lead statuses to ensure proper follow-up and tracking
Requirements
- •1 to 2 years of solar industry experience, specifically within the sales, design, or quoting process.
- •Excellent customer service skills.
- •Strong conflict resolution skills.
- •Enjoys working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
- •Customer service mindset.
- •Attention to detail.
- •Strong computer skills including proficiency with G Suite.
- •Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
