Job Description
The EnergySage Quote Specialist is responsible for generating high-quality solar quotes and proposals, facilitating smooth customer transitions, and supporting revenue growth through the EnergySage platform, while ensuring excellent customer service and collaboration with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality solar quotes and proposals to generate revenue
- Facilitate seamless transition of customer conversations to inside sales advisors
- Drive revenue growth using the EnergySage platform and custom design proposals
- Respond efficiently to customer engagements in accordance with SOPs
- Collaborate with advisors to ensure smooth customer experience
- Identify leads eligible for quick quotes versus custom designs within the EnergySage platform
- Maintain proficiency in Salesforce and Palmetto's design tools for lead management and proposal creation
- Log customer feedback and engagement notes accurately in Salesforce
- Monitor and update lead statuses to ensure proper follow-up and tracking
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of solar industry experience, specifically within the sales, design, or quoting process.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
- Customer service mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with G Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
