Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for key business segments with minimal direction
Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline through partnerships with universities, trade schools, community organizations, and professional networks
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
Partner with hiring leaders to align hiring plans with team goals and long-term needs
Use recruiting data to inform decisions, identify gaps, and improve recruitment processes
Create a positive, inclusive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company and market standards
Leverage market insights and compensation benchmarks to develop competitive hiring strategies
Requirements
4-6 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high growth or mission driven companies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to be seen as a trusted partner and advisor.
Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, recruiting analytics, and process optimization.
Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Strong sense of ownership, takes initiative, and follows through with limited direction.
Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and outcomes.
Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to use metrics to inform recruiting strategy and measure success.
Creative and resourceful, able to think outside the box and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms, such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or similar tools.
