The Revenue Operations Specialist, Comfort is responsible for onboarding and activating HVAC and home electrification partners, ensuring they are well-trained and prepared to sell and engage with customers, and supporting their transition to ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule initial training sessions for HVAC, Heat Pump, and Home Electrification partners.
Develop educational and sales materials to clearly communicate Palmetto product offerings.
Deploy program overviews and documentation to partners prior to training.
Prepare partners with tools, training, and confidence to engage and sell to customers after onboarding.
Track non-activated accounts and implement re-engagement strategies.
Hand off activated and transacting partners to Customer Account Managers for ongoing relationship management.
Requirements
Three years of experience in sales enablement, training, or partner activation.
Experience in the HVAC Heat Pump and Home Electrification industry is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Superior communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to present complex financial or technical platforms clearly to enterprise-level clients and partners.
