The Platform Operations II role involves managing financial product transactions, supporting installer and partner communications, and improving internal processes within Palmetto's renewable energy platform to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage underwriting and technical document processing for financial products
Provide installer support to ensure smooth transaction intake
Maintain and update knowledge base resources and support systems
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction friction points
Support EPC partners by addressing requests and removing transaction blockers
Monitor and manage queues within the financial portal to facilitate transactions
Offer consultative support and training to transaction partners and sales reps
Track frontline support activity to identify areas for product improvement
Identify and surface platform enhancements to address common issues
Assist in evaluating and improving internal processes for scalability and efficiency
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role.
Knowledge of solar, HVAC, or geothermal industries preferred.
Proficiency in web-browser hotkeys shortcuts.
High typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
