The Platform Operations I role involves managing underwriting and document processing for Palmetto's financial products, supporting installer transactions, and ensuring smooth ecosystem operations within the renewable energy financing platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage underwriting and technical document processing for Palmetto's financial products.
Provide installer support to ensure smooth transaction intake and resolve friction points.
Maintain and update knowledge base resources and manage communications related to platform operations.
Monitor compliance and support system infrastructure for capital markets operations.
Coordinate with internal teams and transaction partners to facilitate transactions and address blockers.
Train and coach sales representatives and transaction partners on platform use and processes.
Track frontline support activity data to identify areas for product and process improvements.
Identify and surface platform enhancements to resolve common issues and improve user experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role.
Knowledge of solar, HVAC, or geothermal industries is a plus.
Proficiency in web-browser hotkeys shortcuts.
High typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
