Job Description
The Financial Operations Specialist manages customer lease and PPA reassignments, processes service transfers, prepayments, buyouts, and UCC-1 termination requests, ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer lease PPA reassignments and process related service transfers
- Process UCC-1 temporary termination requests and handle related inquiries
- Manage prepayments by providing quotes, accepting payments, updating billing accounts, and documenting transactions
- Facilitate buyouts for customers moving or after a specified period, including providing quotes and completing contracts
- Ensure proper documentation in Salesforce and maintain clear communication with the CX department
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in a role demonstrating strategic thinking and problem solving
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Good computer skills with G Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of construction or solar industry preferred
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
