Corporate Counsel, Capital Markets

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction, with preference for NY or NC • At least 3 years of law firm transactional experience, preferably in corporate, finance, project finance, renewable energy, or tax equity transactions • Strong drafting, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills • High business acumen and commercial judgment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, DealVDR, Teams and Google Apps, with interest in using AI-enabled legal software and other tools to improve legal workflows
