Job Description
The role involves supporting and leading strategic business operations, performance tracking, and high-impact projects within a fast-growing clean tech company, utilizing data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the tracking of company performance to OKRs and manage metric data flows.
- Prepare and facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Support the review and assessment of new ideas through investment evaluation.
- Partner with Business Unit Leaders to analyze and generate insights within their businesses.
- Manage top-priority projects by creating reporting mechanisms and surfacing insights.
- Build cross-functional relationships and establish trust as a business partner.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of work experience in high-growth startups with a track record of using data to drive business impact
- Ability to operate proactively and independently, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and bias for action
- Deep experience in manipulating, streamlining, and simplifying large data sets into concise strategic insights, presented in a simple, visually appealing way
- Advanced data skills such as proficiency in Excel, Sheets, and Looker
- Experience working at an organization or within a business unit that experienced significant growth
- Comfortable operating in an environment that is lean and fast-moving
- Ability to wear multiple hats and adjust processes and systems as the company scales
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Undergraduate degree (strongly preferred)
- Employment contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
