The Account Operations Specialist will manage customer accounts and support partner accounting inquiries to ensure accurate financial processing, while collaborating with internal teams to improve operational efficiency within a clean tech company's financial and partner management functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage LightReach Installers pipeline and monitor aging customer accounts to ensure timely resolution
Analyze aging reports to identify trends or discrepancies and develop strategies to reduce outstanding timelines
Collaborate with internal teams to address overdue accounts and improve operational efficiency
Serve as the primary contact for partner accounting inquiries, resolving discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Assist partners with understanding financial statements, billing issues, and payment processes
Prepare reports and updates for senior management on pipeline status and partner account health
Support partner offboarding and sales shutoff decisions based on account status and performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience in account operations, financial management, or a similar role
Proficiency in Excel, and data analysis tools and/or financial reporting systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
