Job Description
The Technical Solar Expert provides customer service and technical troubleshooting support for solar energy systems, ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting solar energy adoption for homeowners in the US and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support for solar energy systems
- Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to both English and Spanish-speaking customers
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing technical and service inquiries related to solar energy systems
Requirements
- Ability to handle both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support responsibilities related to solar energy systems.
- Experience in customer service and technical troubleshooting to provide peace of mind to current homeowners and promote solar energy as a mainstream choice.
- Ability to work with both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
