Job Description
A Senior System Administrator at Omnidian will lead high-impact IT projects, improve and automate infrastructure systems using modern AI tools, and provide Level 2 support for a global workforce, primarily focusing on proactive system enhancements and security.

Requirements
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing resilient IT infrastructure and systems as a Senior Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Ability to lead high-impact IT projects, dedicating approximately 60% of work time to project-based infrastructure improvements and system ownership.
- Experience in proactive security remediation, dedicating approximately 20% of work time to security-related tasks.
- Experience providing Level 2 support for a global, asynchronous workforce across multiple regions including the US, Australia, and Latin America.
- Strong self-direction and ability to work independently as a system architect in high-growth environments.
- Proficiency in leveraging modern AI tools to automate complex workflows and improve system efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to engineer resilient infrastructure.
- Experience in automating workflows and improving system automation processes.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited reactive support responsibilities.
