The Partner Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with commercial field service partners, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term success through collaboration with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with top volume Commercial Field Service Partners (FSPs).
Ensure a best-in-class service delivery experience for partners.
Collaborate with Commercial Field Service Managers, Onboarding, Dispatch, Compliance, and Procurement teams to support partner performance and engagement.
Drive strategic initiatives and serve as a liaison between Omnidian and the FSP network.
Support partner satisfaction and promote long-term success.
Requirements
