Job Description
A managerial role responsible for leading a team of Residential Field Service Managers to oversee solar service subcontractors nationwide, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery in the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Residential Field Service Managers overseeing solar service subcontractors nationwide.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Dispatch, Customer Experience, and Portfolio Operations Management to ensure efficient service execution.
- Drive day-to-day operational consistency and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Support team development and ensure alignment with company operational standards.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team of managers or supervisors in a service or operational environment.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors across multiple locations nationwide.
- Strong leadership skills to support team development and ensure operational standards are met.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner closely with cross-functional teams including Dispatch, Customer Experience, and Portfolio Operations Management.
- Ability to ensure efficient, high-quality service execution in a remote work setting.
- Experience managing or overseeing residential solar service operations or similar technical service industries.
- Proven ability to drive day-to-day operational consistency and support team performance.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, tech-enabled service company environment is preferred.
- Ability to support and implement operational standards and process improvements.
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions remotely, which may include managing remote teams and coordinating with subcontractors across the country.
