Job Description
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the company's technology strategy and vision, overseeing engineering, data science, security, and enterprise architecture to drive innovation and scale in the clean energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the company's technology vision and strategy.
- Oversee Engineering, Data Science, Data Management, and Security teams.
- Build systems, tools, and teams to support company growth.
- Shape a cross-functional technology roadmap focusing on AI, automation, and enterprise architecture.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Set technical direction, inspire teams, and execute projects with speed and clarity.
Requirements
- Experience defining and leading technology vision and strategy for a company at a scale of growth, including overseeing Engineering, Data Science, Data Management, and Security teams.
- Ability to build systems, tools, and teams that support scaling and growth of a technology-enabled service company in the clean energy industry.
- Proven experience shaping a cross-functional technology roadmap that drives AI and automation, data science, enterprise architecture, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver scalable, forward-looking technology solutions.
- A growth-minded technology leader who can set vision, inspire teams, and execute with speed and clarity.
- Ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on roles within a technology leadership capacity.
