Job Description
A flexible and dynamic role focused on building and scaling impactful products, operations, or strategies within a fast-paced environment, emphasizing effectiveness, accountability, and hands-on problem-solving over traditional titles and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify gaps and take initiative to get tasks done without relying on formal processes or backlogs
- Own and be accountable for delivering impactful projects or initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with teams or individuals to achieve goals and drive results
Requirements
- Have at least 10 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated experience in building or leading impactful initiatives at scale.
- Possess real experience with a sharp instinct for what matters and a strong motivation to use it for positive impact.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively without direct reports, leading by influence and enthusiasm.
- Show experience in shaping strategy, launching products, scaling operations, or turning chaos into clarity.
- Exhibit accountability and responsibility without reliance on formal processes, backlogs, or business cases.
- Be able to prioritize effectiveness and efficiency in work execution.
- Have the ability to identify gaps and get involved directly in getting things done.
- Possess the capability to go from an idea to a live product or solution within days, not months.
- Have experience building or leading initiatives that mattered at scale.
