Job Description
A flexible and dynamic role focused on building and leading impactful initiatives across various functions such as operations, tech, customer, or strategy, emphasizing effectiveness, accountability, and hands-on problem solving to drive meaningful change within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify gaps and get involved in projects without waiting for instructions
- Prioritize effectiveness and efficiency in tasks and projects
- Own and demonstrate accountability and responsibility for outcomes
- Contribute to building and scaling products, operations, or strategies
- Collaborate with teams and influence others through enthusiasm and leadership
Requirements
- Have at least 10 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated experience in building or leading impactful initiatives or organizations at scale.
- Possess real experience with a sharp instinct for what matters and the ability to get things done without relying on formal processes or backlogs.
- Demonstrate accountability and responsibility in work, owning tasks and delivering results without the need for detailed managerial oversight.
- Be able to work effectively with or without direct reports, inspiring enthusiasm and followership through your actions and attitude.
- Have experience in shaping strategy, launching products, scaling operations, or turning chaos into clarity.
- Be capable of identifying gaps and taking initiative to address them proactively.
- Show a proven track record of building or leading initiatives that have mattered at scale.
- Possess the ability to go from an idea to a live product or solution within days, not months.
- Have the ability to work across multiple areas such as operations, tech, customer, product, commercial, or strategy, and help determine where you fit best.
- Be comfortable with a work environment where leaders answer customer emails and effectiveness is prioritized over rigid processes or titles.
