Job Description
A dual role combining warehouse operations and delivery driving to support the installation of low carbon energy technologies, providing excellent service to customers and internal teams within a growing, innovative company focused on renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment and handle stock in the distribution centre
- Deliver low carbon technology products to customers safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and installations
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse and delivery points
- Support the installation teams with logistics and transportation of equipment
Requirements
- Ability to work as part of a team to support expanding low carbon technology installation teams
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers
- Willingness to work in a dual role as Warehouse Operative and Delivery Driver
- Ability to work in a new, high-tech Distribution Centre environment
- Commitment to delivering smart energy and low carbon solutions to customers
- Ability to work in a role that involves handling and delivering in-home technologies such as smart meters, EV chargers, low carbon heating systems, home batteries, and solar equipment
- Ability to adapt and develop the role as the operation grows
- Honest and empathetic attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
