Job Description
A Trading Data Engineer responsible for developing and managing data systems to support intraday trading in the European power market, working closely with traders and developers to turn data into actionable trading decisions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize data infrastructure using Python, Redis cache, AWS S3, and DBT.
- Collaborate with traders and developers to convert data into actionable trading decisions.
- Apply expertise in the German and European power markets to support intraday trading activities.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills
- Experience in managing Redis cache
- Knowledge of AWS S3 or DBT
- Experience in the German or European power market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Collaborate closely with traders and developers to turn data into real trading decisions
