Job Description
A versatile TechOps Generalist role focused on providing enterprise IT support, strategic planning, and organizational change within a cloud-first environment across multiple European offices, supporting a growing global company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support services to employees across European offices
- Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise IT issues with engineering support
- Participate in high-level strategic planning for IT operations
- Manage and support cloud-first IT infrastructure and services
- Support and maintain various facets of enterprise IT systems and networks
Requirements
- The candidate must be based in the EU timezone and be willing to support offices throughout Europe, including travel to Valencia, Madrid, Paris, Berlin, Munich, or Milan.
- The candidate must have extensive experience in several facets of Enterprise IT, demonstrating deep expertise rather than superficial knowledge.
- The candidate must have experience working in roles such as Systems engineer, DevOps, Tech support, Technical support, Technical support analyst, IT support, IT desktop support, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Workplace technology, Solutions specialist, Solutions administrator, Systems manager, or Support manager.
- The candidate must have a strong understanding of a cloud-first approach to IT, with no on-premises Active Directory environment.
- The candidate must be capable of providing support across a broad range of IT functions, from 1st line support to high-level strategic planning.
- The candidate must be able to deal with ambiguity and work on varying challenges across the company on a daily basis.
