Job Description
A versatile TechOps Generalist role focused on providing enterprise IT support, strategic planning, and organizational change within a cloud-first environment, ensuring secure and efficient technology operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and troubleshooting for enterprise IT systems and employee technology needs.
- Participate in strategic planning and organizational change related to TechOps.
- Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Define and shape the role and scope of TechOps within the organization.
Requirements
- Deeply experienced in several facets of Enterprise IT, including roles such as Systems engineer, DevOps, Tech support, Technical support, Technical support analyst, IT support, IT desktop support, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Workplace technology, Solutions specialist, Solutions administrator, Systems manager, or Support manager.
- Ability to work in a cloud-first environment, with a focus on scalable solutions and no on-premises Active Directory.
- Experience providing support services across a broad range of IT functions, from 1st line support to high-level strategic planning.
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work on varying challenges across the company on a daily basis.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations and organizational change management.
- Ability to contribute to defining and shaping the TechOps function within the organization.
- Experience working in a small and efficient team environment, supporting organizational growth and transformational change.
