Job Description
The Team Lead Commercial B2C at Octopus Energy France is responsible for leading and managing the customer-facing commercial team, driving customer engagement, and supporting the company's mission to provide affordable and green energy while accelerating the ecological transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commercial B2C team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the company's mission of providing affordable and green energy.
- Drive team performance, motivation, and professional development.
- Contribute to the deployment of innovative service models and solutions in the energy sector.
Requirements
- Expérience préalable en tant que Team Lead ou dans un poste de management d'équipe, avec une capacité à diriger et motiver une équipe commerciale B2C
- Compétences en gestion d'équipe et en leadership pour assurer l'excellence opérationnelle et l'impact positif dans le service client
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions rapidement dans un environnement en croissance et innovant
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relation client pour promouvoir une expérience client unique
- Intérêt pour le secteur de l'énergie, la transition écologique et la promotion d'une énergie moins chère et plus verte
- Maîtrise des outils et plateformes liés à la gestion commerciale et à la data, notamment la plateforme Kraken ou équivalent
- Capacité à contribuer à un environnement de travail inclusif, bienveillant et empathique, en respectant l'égalité des chances
- Disponibilité pour travailler dans un environnement flexible, avec une organisation favorisant l'autonomie et la rapidité d'apprentissage
