Job Description
A Smart Tech Specialist supports customers through the purchase and installation of renewable energy technologies such as solar panels, heat pumps, and EV chargers, helping to promote green energy solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through the purchase and installation of Solar Panels, Air Source Heat Pumps, or Electric Vehicle Chargers
- Assist customers in understanding and maintaining their green energy technology
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining enthusiasm and engagement throughout the installation process
Requirements
- Support customers as they go from purchase to install of Solar Panels, Air Source Heat Pumps, or Electric Vehicle Chargers.
- Have a passion for green energy technology and supporting customers with their transition to renewable energy solutions.
- Be able to join the front line and support customers effectively during the installation process.
- Possess the ability to support customers in a manner that maintains their excitement and engagement with green energy technology.
