Job Description
A Smart Tech Specialist supports customers through the purchase and installation of renewable energy technologies such as Solar Panels, Heat Pumps, and EV Chargers, helping to promote green energy solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through the purchase and installation of solar panels, air source heat pumps, and electric vehicle chargers
- Assist customers in understanding and maintaining their green energy technology
- Ensure customer excitement and satisfaction throughout the installation process
Requirements
- Support customers as they go from purchase to install of Solar Panels, Air Source Heat Pumps, or Electric Vehicle Chargers.
- Have a passion for renewable energy technology and supporting customers with green energy solutions.
- Ability to join the front line and support customers in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrate honesty and empathy in interactions with customers and team members.
