A data-driven Senior CRM Executive responsible for developing and optimizing customer communication campaigns, automating customer journeys, and enhancing engagement to support the company's mission of promoting electric vehicle adoption and sustainable change.

Requirements
- Experience in building high-impact customer campaigns and automating customer journeys.
- Ability to optimise automated journeys to drive meaningful engagement from prospective drivers.
- Proven ability to shape CRM strategy and elevate CRM performance to deliver measurable results.
- Strong data-driven approach to customer communications and campaign management.
- Experience in managing or executing CRM campaigns within a relevant industry or environment.
- Excellent communication skills to craft effective customer campaigns and strategies.
