Job Description
The Senior Credit Risk Manager will develop and implement strategies to optimize B2C debt recovery, analyze client data and recovery operations, and support decision-making to manage credit risk and improve recovery rates within the company's finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client data and recovery operations to guide B2C debt recovery strategy
- Measure the impact of existing recovery actions and build analytical reports
- Propose strategic directions to improve recovery rates and manage credit risk
- Support finance teams in decision-making and process improvements related to debt recovery
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management, specifically in analyzing data and managing collection strategies.
- Proven experience in analyzing client data and collection operations to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to measure the impact of existing collection actions and construct analytical reports.
- Experience in proposing strategic orientations to improve collection rates and manage credit risk.
- Experience in supporting finance teams in decision-making processes and process improvements related to debt collection.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with recovery, operations, and finance teams.
- Ability to report directly to the Financial Director and work in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and interpret data to guide strategy.
- Good understanding of B2C collection strategies and credit risk management in the energy sector or similar industries.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
