Job Description
A Senior Account Manager responsible for managing and growing high-value enterprise customer portfolios within the electric vehicle leasing sector, acting as a trusted consultant to drive scheme adoption, long-term retention, and sustainable growth aligned with the company's mission of promoting greener transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a high-value enterprise customer portfolio offering EV salary sacrifice schemes.
- Develop and implement multi-year growth plans for customer accounts.
- Manage and mitigate commercial risks associated with customer relationships.
- Drive scheme adoption and ensure long-term customer retention.
- Act as a commercial consultant and thought leader for clients, providing expert guidance.
Requirements
- Must have a valid UK driving licence.
- Experience in managing high-value enterprise customer portfolios, with a focus on driving commercial success and long-term customer retention.
- Expertise in architecting multi-year growth plans for customer accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage commercial risks within customer relationships.
- Excellent consulting skills and ability to act as a commercial thought leader for clients.
