Job Description
The Product Manager will lead the development of innovative energy products aimed at accelerating the transition to green energy, working closely with cross-functional teams to create solutions that benefit customers and promote sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage next-generation products to accelerate the transition to green energy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, data, and engineering across countries.
- Shape product features that reduce customer bills, promote eco-friendly lifestyles, and enhance user experience.
- Work autonomously on diverse projects to create impactful energy solutions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related role, demonstrating the ability to develop and manage digital products.
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, including collaboration with marketing, operations, data teams, and engineering teams across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of the energy sector, particularly in renewable energy, solar energy, electric vehicles, or related fields, is required.
- Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of independence on a diverse range of projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible impact in the real world and directly influence customer experience.
- Experience in developing innovative products that contribute to ecological transition and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
