Job Description
The role involves managing and optimizing a large renewable development portfolio across Europe, supporting decision-making, and driving value creation from early-stage land development to project exits, while working closely with stakeholders and leveraging data insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support decision-making and value creation for portfolio companies
- Maximize value of projects throughout their development stages
- Collaborate with developers to deliver investment cases
- Communicate effectively with team and senior stakeholders
- Lead on project exits
Requirements
- Experience in financial modeling related to renewable energy development projects.
- Understanding of renewables development processes and project maturity stages from early-stage land to ready to build.
- Ability to support decision making and value creation for portfolio companies through financial analysis and modeling.
- Experience in managing and analyzing data relevant to development investments in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong communication skills to clearly communicate with team members and senior stakeholders, including board directors and fund managers.
- Experience in leading projects through their development journey from early stage to ready to build and leading on exits.
