Job Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office environment, continuously improving the workplace experience, and supporting projects related to space evolution within a dynamic energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily operations of the office run smoothly
- Continuously improve the employee experience at the workplace
- Support and coordinate projects related to the development and evolution of office spaces
Requirements
- Avoir une expérience significative en gestion de l'accueil, de la relation client ou en gestion d'espaces de travail, avec une capacité à assurer le run du quotidien dans un environnement de bureau.
- Posséder une capacité à améliorer en continu l'expérience au bureau et à accompagner des projets qui font évoluer les espaces de travail.
- Être capable de travailler en étroite collaboration avec un Head of People Ops basé à Paris et un Office Manager basé à Lille, en partageant des pratiques, en coordonnant sur certains sujets et en assurant des relais ponctuels.
- Avoir une capacité à gérer des missions liées à l'amélioration de l'expérience au bureau et à la gestion quotidienne des espaces de travail.
