Job Description
A customer-focused sales specialist responsible for managing electric vehicle sales through direct engagement with customers, advising on suitable EV options, and promoting the company's salary sacrifice leasing product, all within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct sales with customers focusing on the salary sacrifice product
- Advise and support customers throughout their EV purchasing journey
- Discuss customer requirements and recommend suitable electric vehicles
- Highlight the benefits of going electric and the salary sacrifice scheme
- Represent the company as the primary point of contact for customers
Requirements
- A genuine passion for customer experience and sustainability is a must.
- Strong understanding of process and the importance of customer service is required.
- Experience in managing sales directly with customers, particularly in electric vehicle sales or a related field, is implied as necessary.
- Ability to advise and support customers throughout their journey towards purchasing an EV, including discussing requirements and finding the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and support career progression, continuous learning, and personal development.
- Availability to work at the Weybridge office 3 days a week.
