Job Description
A sales specialist responsible for managing customer sales of electric vehicles through the salary sacrifice scheme, providing advice, support, and personalized vehicle recommendations while promoting sustainable and electric driving solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales directly with customers focusing on the salary sacrifice product
- Advise and support customers throughout their journey towards purchasing an electric vehicle
- Discuss customer requirements and recommend suitable EVs considering the salary sacrifice scheme and benefits of electric driving
- Represent Octopus Electric Vehicles as the primary point of contact and voice for customers
Requirements
- A genuine passion for customer experience and sustainability is a must.
- Strong understanding of process and the importance of customer service.
- Experience in managing sales directly with customers, particularly focusing on electric vehicles or similar products.
- Ability to advise and support customers throughout their journey towards purchasing an EV.
- Capability to discuss customer requirements and find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle, considering the salary sacrifice product fully and the benefits of going electric.
- Based in or willing to work in Weybridge, with availability to be in the office 3 days a week.
- Excellent communication skills to be the face and voice of Octopus Electric Vehicles.
- Ability to support career progression, continuous learning, and personal development within a fast-paced environment.
