Job Description
The Engineering Manager - Analytics Platform will lead the development and adoption of a global data analytics platform, driving technical innovation, setting standards, and enabling scalable data products to support energy and AI initiatives aimed at achieving Net Zero.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the development and evolution of the analytics platform to support global data strategy.
- Drive technical innovation, set standards, and enable the deployment of scalable data products.
- Lead and support analytics engineering teams in deploying data solutions that facilitate insight generation.
Requirements
- Experience leading analytics engineering teams and owning the development and deployment of data platforms at an advanced level.
- Deep technical expertise in data analytics, data engineering, machine learning, and natural language query systems.
- Ability to set standards, drive technical innovation, and enable the adoption of data platforms and data products globally.
- Proven experience in deploying scalable data products and solutions that support thousands of data users.
- Strong understanding of data workflows, including automation across ELT processes, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Experience working on data, analytics, and AI problems related to energy or similar industries that contribute to sustainability or Net Zero goals.
- Ability to pair deep technical expertise with a product mindset to deliver impactful data solutions.
- Educational background relevant to data engineering, analytics, or a related technical field (implied but not explicitly specified).
