The Engineering Manager - Analytics Platform will lead the development and adoption of a global data analytics platform, driving technical innovation, setting standards, and enabling scalable data products to support energy and AI initiatives aimed at achieving Net Zero.

Requirements
Experience leading analytics engineering teams and owning the development and deployment of data platforms at an advanced level.
Deep technical expertise in data analytics, data engineering, machine learning, and natural language query systems.
Ability to set standards, drive technical innovation, and enable the adoption of data platforms and data products globally.
Proven experience in deploying scalable data products and solutions that support thousands of data users.
Strong understanding of data workflows, including automation across ELT processes, machine learning, and natural language processing.
Experience working on data, analytics, and AI problems related to energy or similar industries that contribute to sustainability or Net Zero goals.
Ability to pair deep technical expertise with a product mindset to deliver impactful data solutions.
Educational background relevant to data engineering, analytics, or a related technical field (implied but not explicitly specified).
