Requirements
Experience as a smart meter engineer with a track record of safety and customer excellence
Ability to represent the company's brands in customers' homes and communicate effectively with customers
Willingness to install dual fuel smart meters and demonstrate how the meter and in-home display work
Ability to explain to customers how their meter and in-home display can help them save energy
Capability to answer customer questions about green energy and the green energy revolution
Willingness to work as part of the Octopus Energy Services team, supporting company performance goals
Ability to adapt to evolving processes and shift focus from administrative tasks to delivering high-quality service
