Job Description

A customer service role focused on engaging in meaningful conversations, problem-solving, and making a positive impact in the energy industry, with opportunities for hybrid working and career development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in real conversations with customers to understand their energy needs and issues
Resolve customer problems related to energy services effectively
Participate in activities such as role plays and group exercises to demonstrate company culture and work processes

Requirements

Ability to demonstrate skills and knowledge relevant to customer service roles, as evidenced by participation in interviews, role plays, and activities during the Discovery Day stage.
Willingness to start immediately and commit to a full-time position.
Availability to participate in a multi-stage interview process, including a first stage interview (either live or recorded responses), a prep call with the Talent Team, a Discovery Day involving group exercises, role plays, and one-on-one interviews, and a final interview at the office.
Ability to work in a hybrid working environment, with the capacity to WFH 2 days per week after training and performance evaluation.
Possession of the legal right to work in the UK, as the role is based in Central Manchester.
Willingness to undergo a recruitment process that may take up to 4 weeks, with flexibility to accommodate individual needs.
Ability to communicate effectively with the recruitment team and potential colleagues throughout the hiring process.
Physical and mental capacity to participate in activities such as group exercises, role plays, and in-person interviews at the office location.
