Job Description
A customer service role focused on engaging in real conversations, problem-solving, and making a positive impact in the energy industry, with opportunities for hybrid working and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in real conversations with customers to understand their energy needs and issues
- Provide problem-solving support to assist customers with their energy-related inquiries
- Participate in activities such as group exercises, role plays, and interviews to demonstrate company culture and work capabilities
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage in real conversations with customers to solve their energy-related issues.
- Willingness to work in a full-time role with working hours aligned to the company's schedule, including participating in a structured interview process with multiple stages (First Stage Interview, Prep Call, Discovery Day).
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice.
- Willingness to participate in a hybrid working environment, with the ability to WFH 2 days per week once trained and performing well.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where things change frequently and new challenges are introduced regularly.
- Demonstrated honesty and empathy, aligning with the company's values of genuinely decent people.
- Willingness to participate in activities such as group exercises, role plays, and one-on-one interviews during the Discovery Day stage.
- Ability to adapt to a role that involves problem-solving and making a real impact for customers and the planet.
- Possession of the necessary tools and environment to perform the role effectively, including any required accommodations if specified.
