Job Description
A leadership role supporting customers through their transition to low carbon technologies such as heat pumps, solar PV, and EV chargers, ensuring a high-quality installation experience and promoting sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through their installation journey of low carbon tech products
- Lead and support Smart Tech Specialists to deliver excellent customer service
- Take ownership of customer transitions to low carbon technology
- Ensure customer satisfaction and delight throughout the installation process
Requirements
- Experience supporting customers with the installation and transition to low carbon technology products such as heat pumps, solar PV, and EV chargers.
- Ability to take ownership of supporting customers' transition to low carbon technology and ensure they feel delighted with how their installation journey is managed.
- Experience leading or supporting a team of specialists, specifically Smart Tech Specialists, to deliver excellent customer service.
- High performance focused individual with the ability to support and lead a team in a customer service environment.
- Strong leadership skills to support and manage a team of customer service specialists.
- Excellent communication skills to support customers effectively through their installation journey.
- Ability to work in Coventry or willing to work in that location (implied by the role location).
