A leadership role supporting customers through their transition to low carbon technologies such as heat pumps, solar PV, and EV chargers, ensuring a positive installation experience by leading a team of Smart Tech Specialists and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through their installation journey of low carbon tech products
- Lead and support Smart Tech Specialists to deliver excellent customer service
- Take ownership of customer transitions to low carbon technology
Requirements
- Experience supporting customers through the installation process of low carbon technology products such as heat pumps, solar PV, and EV chargers
- Ability to take ownership of supporting customers' transition to low carbon technology and ensure they feel delighted with how their installation journey is managed
- Leadership skills to support and lead Smart Tech Specialists in delivering excellent customer service
- High performance focused individual with a forward-thinking approach
- Strong communication skills to support and guide customers effectively during their installation journey
