Job Description
The role involves providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions, helping clients with their needs, and contributing to the company's mission of making renewable energy accessible while embracing a dynamic and evolving work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistere i clienti tramite telefono, email e di persona fornendo supporto sincero e spontaneo

Requirements
- Aptitude to communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and sometimes in person, providing sincere and spontaneous assistance.
- Ability to listen to customer needs and commit to finding solutions to their requests.
- Patience, kindness, and love when interacting with customers, treating them with respect similar to how one would treat their own grandmother.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, adapting to new problems and challenges daily.
- Ability to ask questions, share ideas, and contribute to ongoing change and improvement.
- Willingness to undergo training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is implied, as the role involves helping customers and resolving their issues.
- Availability to communicate with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and in some cases in person.
