Key Responsibilities

  • Assistere i clienti tramite telefono, email e di persona fornendo supporto sincero e spontaneo
  • Ascoltare le esigenze dei clienti e trovare soluzioni alle loro richieste
  • Gestire problemi complessi in un ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione
  • Collaborare con i colleghi per condividere idee e contribuire al miglioramento continuo
  • Partecipare alla formazione e allo sviluppo professionale per migliorare le proprie competenze

Requirements

  • Aptitude to communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and sometimes in person, providing sincere and spontaneous assistance.
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and commit to finding solutions to their requests.
  • Patience, kindness, and love when interacting with customers, treating them with respect similar to how one would treat their own grandmother.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, adapting to new problems and challenges daily.
  • Ability to ask questions, share ideas, and contribute to ongoing change and improvement.
  • Willingness to undergo training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is implied, as the role involves helping customers and resolving their issues.
