Job Description
A Business Development Consultant responsible for managing new business sales with SME clients for an electric vehicle leasing scheme, focusing on relationship building, sales performance, and customer experience within a dynamic, sustainability-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the new business sales process with SME clients for the Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice Scheme
- Advise and support customers throughout their journey to set up a Salary Sacrifice scheme
- Identify targets, prospect new clients, and drive sales performance
- Navigate the sales cycle and engage with high-performing team members
- Build rapid relationships with potential clients to exceed customer expectations
Requirements
- Significant business to business sales experience with a track record of exceptional sales performance.
- Highly skilled at identifying targets, prospecting, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to drive sales direction, navigate the sales cycle, and fully engage within a high performing team.
- Experience managing the new business sales process with SME clients, specifically those with 10-750 employees.
- Ability to advise and support customers throughout their journey towards setting up a Salary Sacrifice scheme for electric vehicles.
- Passion and dedication to continually improving the Customer Experience.
- Expertise in rapid relationship building.
- Genuine passion for sustainability.
