Job Description
An Account Executive in the Customer Success Team responsible for managing relationships with employers offering electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes, supporting their launch, growth, and retention to ensure a positive experience for customers, employees, and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of employers offering EV salary sacrifice schemes
- Support the launch of EV schemes for new employer clients
- Grow and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer experience
- Drive growth and engagement within the customer portfolio
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success with the EV leasing programs
Requirements
- Must have a valid UK driving licence.
- A genuine passion for driving growth, outstanding customer experience, and sustainability.
- Flair for relationship building and good commercial acumen.
- Experience in supporting the launch of customer schemes, growing customer relationships, and ensuring customer retention (implying previous experience in customer success or account management roles).
