An Account Executive in the Customer Success Team responsible for managing relationships with employers offering electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes, supporting their launch, growth, and retention to ensure a positive experience for customers, employees, and the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of employers offering EV salary sacrifice schemes
Support the launch of EV schemes for new employer clients
Grow and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer experience
Drive growth and engagement within the customer portfolio
Ensure customer satisfaction and success with the EV leasing programs
Requirements
Must have a valid UK driving licence.
A genuine passion for driving growth, outstanding customer experience, and sustainability.
Flair for relationship building and good commercial acumen.
Experience in supporting the launch of customer schemes, growing customer relationships, and ensuring customer retention (implying previous experience in customer success or account management roles).
