Job Description
An Account Executive in the Customer Success Team responsible for managing relationships with employers offering electric vehicle leasing schemes, supporting their launch, growth, and retention to ensure a positive experience for customers, employees, and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of employers offering EV salary sacrifice schemes
- Support the launch of EV schemes for new employer clients
- Grow and develop existing client relationships to ensure retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer experience
- Promote and support the adoption of electric vehicle leasing solutions
Requirements
- Must have a valid UK driving licence.
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting their launch, growing the relationship, and ensuring retention.
- Genuine passion for driving growth, outstanding customer experience, and sustainability.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Ability to support a portfolio of employers offering the EV salary sacrifice scheme to their employees.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills to be the face and voice of Octopus Electric Vehicles for customers.
- Ability to support customers from launch through ongoing relationship management to ensure success.
