An Account Executive in the Customer Success Team responsible for managing relationships with employers offering electric vehicle leasing schemes, supporting their launch, growth, and retention to ensure a positive experience for customers, employees, and the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of employers offering EV salary sacrifice schemes
Support the launch of EV schemes for new employer clients
Grow and develop existing client relationships to ensure retention
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer experience
Promote and support the adoption of electric vehicle leasing solutions
Requirements
Must have a valid UK driving licence.
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting their launch, growing the relationship, and ensuring retention.
Genuine passion for driving growth, outstanding customer experience, and sustainability.
Good commercial acumen.
Ability to support a portfolio of employers offering the EV salary sacrifice scheme to their employees.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills to be the face and voice of Octopus Electric Vehicles for customers.
Ability to support customers from launch through ongoing relationship management to ensure success.
